Embark on a seamless journey with Onyx Business Parks. We’re dedicated to guiding you from your initial inquiry through to the occupancy of your bespoke unit. Our experienced team is here to ensure every step of the process is smooth and tailored to your needs.
Initial consultation
Stage 1Our team will schedule a consultation to understand your business needs and preferences. We are happy to arrange visits to our developments to demonstrate our product and allow you to explore available units and get a feel for the spaces we can create for you. Once you’ve found the perfect unit, we’ll guide you through negotiations and assist with the contract signing process
Reserving your unit
Stage 2We will provide a dedicated point of contact in our Sales team to assist you through to completion with regular updates and feedback. On payment of the reservation fee your unit will be reserved for you for 28 days at the fixed price. Any extension must be agreed to ensure the property isn’t remarketed. We will give you an estimated completion date at reservation and contract exchange. Updates will be provided thereafter if the estimated date moves due to unanticipated delays
Quality assurance
Stage 3Your unit will be inspected by a senior build manager to ensure that it adheres to the ONYX Business Parks quality benchmark. Prior to completion we will complete a checklist to confirm we have given you all relevant information about the unit. We’ll provide all necessary documentation for due diligence, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction
Demo visit and completion
Stage 4Once quality has been checked you will be invited to a demonstration of your new business unit including a walk round of the development and the chance to ask any technical questions about the build. Once completion funds are received our team will meet you at the unit for handover
Customer aftercare
Stage 5Within the first 7 days of completion, a member of our team will visit by arrangement. This is your chance to raise any minor defects. Your new business unit benefits from a 10-year structural warranty. During the rectification period we will attend to any work required. The details of what is covered under this warranty are set out in the Operations Manual that is supplied on completion
