We are delighted to share the exciting news that Onyx Business Parks has been shortlisted for the esteemed Michelmores Property Awards 2024 for its exceptional project, Oak Tree Business Park, situated in Newton Abbot.

Following a thorough evaluation process by our panel of expert judges, Oak Tree Business Park has been recognized among the top projects in the South West for its excellence, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. This nomination underscores Onyx Business Parks’ dedication to creating premium commercial spaces that cater to the evolving needs of modern businesses.
